Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Returns are accepted 5 days after receiving the item(s).

All items must be returned unused with original tags attached, unremoved from the original packaging and accompanied by the original Invoice & Return Form.

If you received damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service department.

Procedure on how to return
1. Download Return Form and complete included in your order. Indicate the item(s) you are returning by listing the return reason code and return quantity.
2. Enclose the completed return form in the return package. Pack and seal your item(s) securely.
3. Return the item(s) by mail to the address below for a refund.

4. Customer is responsible for the return shipping.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Please read our cancellation policy below for more information.

Cancellation window:  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, our system will begin processing your order, and we may not be able to cancel it.

How to cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. You will need to provide your order number and a reason for cancellation.

Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you cancel after 24 hours and processing has not yet started, we will issue a full refund. However, once the processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled and any down payment made will not be refundable.

Partial cancellation: If you want to cancel part of your order, please contact our customer service team. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please note that partial cancellations may not always be possible.

Cancellation due to product unavailability: In rare cases, we may have to cancel your order due to product unavailability. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Cancellation due to pricing error: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

We hope that you never have to cancel your order, but if you do, please know that we are here to help. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact our customer service team.

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Procedure on how to return Damaged Item(s)

1. Fill out the Damaged Item(s) Report Click here to download.

2. Take photos of the following for investigation:

     a) Courier box (outer and inner surfaces) – to check if there is any mishandling by the courier

     b) Actual Item

     c) Closer shot for the damaged part or

     d) If it is manufacturing defect, describe the defect/ malfunction to the report.

3. Send the report and the pictures to [email protected] with the subject of RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM(S) REPORT

4. Allow us to response for 3 working days as we have to investigate the cause. One of our Gufi Representatives will contact you via email or phone to instruct you to send back the item(s).

5. Gufi Philippines is responsible for shipping charge. 

6. Please allow 14 days for your refund.
