How can I modify or adjust my order?
We cannot modify or cancel your order after you placed it with us due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
How quickly do you ship?
When your order has left our warehouse and has shipped to your delivery destination, you’ll receive confirmation email from us.

What if the item is Out-of-Stock?
Due to high demand of order and long ordering time, causes us to run out of items. If the item that you ordered is Out of Stock, we will send you an OUT OF STOCK email notice, and we will remove the item from your order.
We assure that you will not be charged for the Out of Stock item.
